License Exempt Child Care (LECC) Grant – Quality Improvement grants are available to Child Care Assistance Program LECC providers to fund materials needed to address health and safety needs.

Gateways Training Tiers Add-on – LEFCC providers serving children eligible for the Child Care Assistance Program CCAP) can receive a quality add-on to the CCAP standard daily reimbursement rate. This voluntary system offers three Training Tiers which providers can achieve and receive a quality add-on of 10% – 20% depending on the number of Tiers completed.
